Our adults kickboxing classes are a great way to build your fitness and mixed martial arts is a wonderful form of exercise. Our MMA classes cover a range of techniques and styles, meaning we are building a strong base to support our students as they navigate other sports. Our MMA training is also a great way to build a career in the industry!
Mixed Martial Arts are also a great way for beginners to begin their learning. Our students can learn a wide range of technique and skills which can help them decide if they want to train in other areas.
At Complete MMA we offer our kickboxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 PM.
