Youth Wrestling (9-15)
Our Youth Wrestling program, guided by expert instructors Siraj Soufi and Shamil Atlihan, is designed to complement Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. Students learn how to navigate wrestling scenarios safely, develop control over opponents, and respond effectively to submissions.

Classes take place in a lively, supportive environment where kids can have fun while building focus, discipline, and resilience. Wrestling helps young athletes develop mental toughness, problem-solving skills, and confidence that extend well beyond the gym.

ADULTS WRESTLING (16+)
Adult Wrestling challenges both the body and mind. Through dynamic drills and live practice, students improve strength, agility, strategy, and endurance while learning the principles of control and leverage.
