WrestlingYouth Wrestling (9-15)

Our Youth wrestling program is lead by our esteemed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu head instructors Siraj Soufi and Shamil Atlihan. These programmes are designed specifically for wrestling for Jiu Jitsu, so our students learn how to cope with various submissions that arise from wrestling situations and how to subdue their opponents without endangering themselves.

Our Youth Wrestling classes are taught in a vibrant, fun, family friendly environment which allows students to truly be themselves while learning efficient, enriching and applicable life skills which they can carry throughout their lives from adolscence to adulthood. Wrestling creates resilient, tough young men and women who are ready to tackle life's challenges head on through the adversity they face in their training sessions.

WrestlingADULTS WRESTLING (16+)

Wrestling develops character, teaches us how to conquer challenges, manage our emotions, respect authority, the value of teamwork, and that success is achieved through hard work and dedication.

We believe that of all our sports, wrestling is the most physically demanding and challenging. There’s no time to relax, because you’re always expected to shift and prepare for your takedowns while finding entries and openings. Challenge yourself; surpass all expectations and be the best version you possibly can.
